Our Mission

Valley Christian School commits to partnering with families to provide an academic excellent, Christ-centered education by infusing the message of God's truth and grace into the children we serve. Valley Christian's two primary sources of revenue are tuition and outside contributions.

How to Support the Mission

If you are a VCS parent, grandparent, alumnus, or community member who believes in Christian education and the work that Valley Christian School is doing in Auburn, Washington, and surrounding areas, we ask you to support us in the following ways:

PRAY

Would you be willing to pray for us as we fulfill our mission by providing an academically excellent, Biblically relevant, and spiritually nurturing learning environment for our students?  VCS is a ministry to families, and we humbly acknowledge that this school could not exist without your prayers and the provision of our Lord.

MAKE AN INVESTMENT

Write a personal check and mail it to

Valley Christian School, 1312 2nd St.  SE, Auburn, WA 98002, or use your credit card by clicking on the secure donate button at the right.

Make a recurring donation by filling out our Recurring Donation Form.  You can mail it to VCS, email it to ariane.brother@valley-christian.com, or drop it off at the school office.  Every gift—large or small—makes a significant difference.

Remember, your generosity allows families, who otherwise would not be able to afford a Christian education, to attend VCS through our tuition assistance program.   Valley Christian School is recognized by the Federal Government as a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.

New this year is a dedicated Science Lab.

VOLUNTEER

We encourage you to volunteer in the classroom or in the school office, depending on your interests and skills. Prior to volunteering, we require a background check and completed volunteer form. This can be done with a quick stop in the school office.

PARTNER

We ask you to partner with us in our spring auction. Last school year we raised $40,000, which allowed us to enrich our academic programs, enhance our security system, purchase an AED for our athletic teams, and more! You can partner with us by donating items to be auctioned and offering your time to volunteer.

Other Ways You Can Support

Jog-a-Thon: Students will get pledges from family and friends, and spend a fun morning running with their classmates. This year’s Jog-a-Thon will be held on Friday, October 4th, 2019. The preschool students will run on Thursday, October 3rd.

Annual Auction: Last year’s auction was a great success, earning $40,000. These funds will help us with our Keeping Campus Safe Initiative, by providing security upgrades, as well as other projects. Save the date for this year’s annual auction, which will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Emerald Downs. This is a fun event to invite family and friends to.

We invite you to reserve a table and sell your items, or volunteer at the PTF table. Registration for vendors is available here: http://www.valley-christian.com/holiday-gift-fair
